You also receive valuable interview questions tailored to the candidate to help you during the interview process.

There is no right or wrong answer – and we mean that. Unlike other assessments where they say that, but there really IS a “right” or “wrong” answer that the company is looking for – your answers here aren’t right or wrong. There is a spectrum of personality, and there are strengths and challenges to all aspects of someone’s personality. We’re in the business of helping people understand each other right from the start of a relationship so that they can reduce conflict during the course of the working relationship, which will improve the overall outcome for both parties.

The Connection Summary gives you an overview of your relationship with your Connection. It outlines your shared, two-way compatibility scores, as well as the pros and cons of your relationships. Your areas of compatibility are laid out on scales of perception, conception, and behavior, so you can see where you each land in areas like creativity vs. practicality, or your individual lens sizes.
This section shows you the overall composition of your team, which zone each member occupies, and what those zones mean. This is also where you will find a complete list of each member in this team room.
This section shows how your team perceives their tasks – whether the team tends to see the bigger picture or take a more detailed point of view, and how they will interpret the tasks. If the team tends to be Evidence Driven, they will tend to interpret things in a very realistic way. If the team tends to be Concept and Idea Driven, they tend to interpret things in a creative and conceptual way.
Here you can see what types of tasks your team would perform the best. Most people can perform all four types of tasks to some degree. Many people show a particular strength in a single area, and some may perform strongly in more than one type of task.
Here we explore the approach your team is likely to take once they are assigned their tasks. This looks at what motivates the team to achieve its goal. The first scoring bar indicates whether they are driven by their interest in the project or if the result of a completed task motivates them. The second scoring bar shows whether they are more or less willing to face challenges to reach their goal.
This section indicates the sociability and level of emotional awareness of the team. A high score for Approachability suggests that most of the team feels more comfortable approaching people. A high score for Emotional Awareness suggests that more of the team members likely enjoy being around other people.
This examines the motivating social factors for the team in the workplace. They may be oriented toward task completion, which will lead the team to work together and gain collaborative support. They may be focused on the social aspect of maintaining relationships if they are Relationship Maintenance oriented, or they may be driven to persuading others toward goals that they set if they are Leadership oriented.
The top scale shows what communication type the team prefers – whether the team is more likely to respond to written or verbal communication. The bottom scale shows how the team likes to take in their information – whether they would prefer a detailed explanation of the project or if they would respond better to a visual demonstration.
This section highlights the areas where your team may face the most challenges. A high score indicates that the team will experience a higher level of difficulty in that particular area – for example, if your team has a high score in Embracing Diversity, they may have a hard time hearing ideas from different points of view. The graphs indicate the team’s level of resistance to embracing different opinions, level of resistance toward team collaboration, the level of risk your team tends to take, and their level of follow-through.
This section gives an overview of the team’s sensitivity to stress, and in what areas they are most vulnerable. They may experience more stress from their supervisors while working together as a team, or while working under deadlines. The higher the score in any area, the higher the chance of your team experiencing stress from their workplace.
This looks at what motivates a team’s overall integrity – whether they feel committed to the rules and regulations of the organization if they’re willing to fight against the odds, and the likeliness of the members to put in extra effort for their team.

Our focus is not only on an individual’s endogenous tendencies but also on the interdependent relationship of how the individual perceives, conceptualizes, and makes conscious & sub-conscious decisions about their behavior from a higher perspective. We call this the ‘Perception, Conceptualization, Behavior (PCB) Model.’
Everyone has their unique cognitive orientation, or lens, when they perceive the world. Depending on the size of their lens and the shade of their filter, the way different people perceive and interpret their environment varies; ultimately, this impacts their decision-making process and behavior.
The COSEC (Cognitive Orientation and Social-Emotional Competency) Assessment is a survey-type neurocognition assessment tool designed primarily to determine the unique perception propensity of a brain during the cognitive process and characterize the aptitude and behavioral pattern of the individual based on 8,192 pattern variances.
It is the most in-depth analytic tool available today that can identify both the inherent nature of the cognitive processes of an individual and the contributions of their external environment.
Our COBI Report is based on our PCB Model – Our unique, multifaceted view of what makes you who you are.

Traditional career aptitude assessments often focus on the candidate’s personality, using different personality assessment models to see how they will fit with the position. The supposed objective of personality assessments and psychometrics is to identify inherently human traits to understand and appreciate the uniqueness of an individual and the differences among people’s distinctive characteristics.
Traditional approaches to personality and aptitude, such as MBTI, Big-5, and other commonly known psychometrics, have led to contradictory results – the majority of subjects tested lie near the middle of a continuous curve, making them barely distinguishable from one another.
The biggest problem with existing approaches is that they only offer a limited explanation about an individual’s behavioral inconsistencies if they face the same situation at different times or if they were facing altogether different situations.

The PIC Report offers an in-depth view of their projected behavior at work in connection to their performance and interpersonal style. We also highlight some possible challenges that they may face depending on their cognitive and behavioral orientation.
It is recommended that this report be used exclusively as a supplement to a candidate’s resume, as an integral part of the hiring process. This report is intended to aid in hiring by helping to set unbiased guidelines for your decision-making process.
Ultimately, the PIC report recommends the best fit in terms of positions & roles suitability without any bias from sex, age, ethnicity, skills, degrees, or experience.

Everyone has a distinctive way of looking at things and interpreting the world around them. Depending on how they perceive (sense) the world, their understanding of the world, and how they think about their surroundings or situation can vary significantly. This individually unique process of one’s point of view and understanding of the world is their ‘cognitive orientation.’
Our brain continually monitors our surroundings to gather information to help us make appropriate decisions. Our actions are then initiated and compensated for in real-time, based on what our brain projects. For example, if we recognize our environment as harsh, our brains are likely to assess any risks or dangers from the surroundings. Our resulting actions would be oriented toward safety. Whereas, if we recognize it as a friendly or pleasant environment, our brain may feel relaxed enough to explore new ideas. We’ll likely be up for new challenges, our actions more experimental.
Neuroscience has revealed that the pictures we take in with our senses are incomplete and blurry at best. More than 80% of the picture is filled in by our brain, which uses subjective and individually distinctive ‘guesses’ to fill in the blanks. In other words, how we recognize the world largely depends on the unique tendencies with which we view and understand our environment.
The way that you see the world is your Perception. Like a camera, the lens you use to capture your surroundings can determine if your perspective is narrow or wide.
The way that you realize what you see is your Conception. This works like a photo filter that can modify the information you perceive.
Our individual traits and preferences are built upon the foundation of our cognitive orientation. As many personality assessments point out, every individual possesses certain types and degrees of inherent personality traits. When these traits are combined with our cognitive orientation, we display certain behavioral tendencies. This is called ‘Behavioral Orientation.’
Our underlying behavioral motives frequently influence our behavior. The intensity of these motives is often the driving force of our general behavior. Here, we identify the leading behavioral motives of the candidate and how these motives impact their social and task-based behaviors.
